New Zealand School of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (NZSATCM) is the longest-established
education institution of its kind in New Zealand. The School is dedicated to providing quality education enabling
the students to gain the knowledge and skills to reach their full potential in the specialised field of TCM.

The School is NZQA registered and accredited, NZQA being the New Zealand government crown entity
tasked with providing national and international leadership in assessment and qualifications.

As the oldest TCM training provider in New Zealand, the School is at the forefront of influencing the
government’s policy change to move the TCM professionals’ current marginal role in the
voluntary-regulated private health care to stronger roles within mainstream public health care.
